Terms of Service – PrintDeck3D

1. Introduction
By placing an order with PrintDeck3D, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all products, services, and content produced or delivered by PrintDeck3D.

2. Customer-Provided Content
Customers may upload images or artwork for use in custom 3D prints, including lithophanes. By uploading any image, file, or design (“Customer Content”), you confirm that you hold the rights, permissions, or licences necessary to use that content.

PrintDeck3D does not verify ownership of Customer Content. You acknowledge and agree that you bear full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from the content you provide. If a dispute arises due to Customer Content, you agree to indemnify and hold PrintDeck3D harmless from all claims, damages, or legal costs.

3. Copyrighted Imagery for Vinyl Record Stands
PrintDeck3D cannot use copyrighted album covers, logos, trademarks, or any protected imagery directly on vinyl record stands. To comply with intellectual property laws, we may extract non-infringing elements, shapes, or stylistic features from artwork to create designs that offer creative homage without reproducing or replicating copyrighted material.

By commissioning such a design, you acknowledge that the final product is an original interpretation and not a reproduction of any protected artwork.

4. Prohibited Content
Customers must not upload:

  • Copyrighted images they do not own or have permission to use

  • Offensive, illegal, or harmful content

  • Material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

PrintDeck3D reserves the right to refuse orders that violate these rules.

5. Order Accuracy and Proofing
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content, text, and design selections are accurate. PrintDeck3D is not liable for spelling errors, low-quality images, or mistakes present in Customer Content.

6. Production and Modifications
Once a custom item has entered production, modifications may not be possible. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitations of Liability
PrintDeck3D is not liable for:

  • Customer misuse of copyrighted content

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Damage resulting from improper handling after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

8. Sustainability and Returns
PrintDeck3D focuses on reuse and recycling of materials. Details on returns are provided in our Return Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
PrintDeck3D may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
