Return Policy – PrintDeck3D

We want every customer to be happy with their 3D-printed items from PrintDeck3D. If you’re not satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We accept returns in any condition, including damaged items, as all returned prints are either reused or recycled.

If you wish to return a product after 14 days, we’ll still take it back for recycling, helping us minimise waste. These later returns are not eligible for a refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to send back. Once approved, we’ll provide the return details.

PrintDeck3D aims to make returns as simple and sustainable as possible, and we appreciate your support in keeping materials out of landfill.
